Core Confidence Practices

The extremes of “confidence” — either being certain of ones views or being full of self-doubt — are both dysfunctional. Core Confidence practices cultivate deep confidence: open, self-appreciating and modest, nothing to prove, other-appreciating. We all show this kind of confidence when we cooly dive into a chaotic situation, or when we admit we don’t know the answer. Core Confidence practices strengthen and extend this innate human capacity.
